How do I modify or cancel a reservation?

What is your cancellation policy? Is there an early departure fee?
Cancellation policies will vary according to the rates selected and promotions applied at the time of booking. Please be sure to review the details for the desired rate before completing your booking.
Advance Purchase and other pre-paid reservations are non-refundable if cancelled and the dates cannot be altered.
All other reservations must be cancelled by 3 PM local time one (1) day before your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night of room rate and tax.
If your reservation was booked through an online travel agency or other third party, please contact the booking agent for cancellation policies.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Do I need a credit card?
Yes, credit cards are required to guarantee reservations. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Discover.
At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for an amount equal to your guestroom rate including tax, with an additional $100 USD in anticipated incidental charges for each night of your stay.
Do you offer parking?
Our parking garage entrance is located behind the hotel on South Mentor Avenue. Turn onto South Mentor Avenue from East Colorado Boulevard. Pull a ticket at the garage entrance and show it to the front desk. You will then be issued a hang tag for the use of the garage. The cost of the parking will be added to your folio.
On-site self-parking costs $29 per night for hotel guests and includes in/out privileges.
The hourly rate is $5 an hour with a maximum daily rate of $35 after 6 hours.

Can I charge my electric car?
We have four EV charging stations located on the first level of the parking structure at the back of the hotel. Charging costs $2 per hour.
What is the minimum age required to check in?
The minimum age to register is 21.
Must I present ID at check-in?
The Pasadena Hotel & Pool requires a valid government-issued picture ID and a credit card to check-in.
Is luggage storage available?
We are happy to store your bags for a few hours before and after your stay while you explore the city. Please see the front desk.
Is there a lost and found?
Please check with the Manager on Duty to see if your item has been located and brought to the front desk.
Are pets allowed?
You can bring 2 well-mannered and furry friends (up to 75 pounds each) to stay with you. There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $75 per pet, and you will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
Do you have pet-free rooms?
No, we do not have any pet-free rooms at this time.
Is the hotel accessible?
We have a number of accessible guestrooms and suites at the hotel, including the Accessible Classic King with Roll-in Shower, the Accessible Classic Two Double Beds with Roll-in Shower, and the hearing Accessible One Bedroom King Suite. Please call ahead or contact the hotel to confirm that the guestroom you book has a particular ADA feature for accessibility.
Do any rooms offer balconies or terraces?
Nine of our guestrooms have balconies, including our Presidential Suite, which boasts a 1,000-square-foot terrace overlooking Colorado Boulevard and a step-out balcony. Executive Corner King Pool View rooms have a small balcony with a view of Colorado Boulevard. Each of our one-bedroom suites has a step-out balcony with a view of the corner at Mentor and Green.

Are government rates available?
Yes, our government rates are subject to availability. Government ID is required at check-in.
Is smoking allowed?
For the comfort of our guests, there is a no-smoking policy throughout the hotel. This includes the lobby and the guestrooms.
Is there a fee for Wi-Fi service?
No! At the Pasadena Hotel, you can connect to the city's fastest Wi-Fi for free.
Is there a fitness center?
Yes, our 24-hour fitness center is located on the 3rd level across from the pool. Inside you’ll find a selection of cardiovascular equipment and weights.
Do you have a business center?
We’re happy to print a few pages for you at the front desk. Stop by or send your document to email@example.com. If your document is over 10 pages, there is a small fee of 50 cents per color page and 10 cents per black and white page.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, and it’s spectacular! Our outdoor pool is open every day, for synchronized swimming, the backstroke and the butterfly from 7 AM to 10 PM. Loungers and umbrellas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we do! Please contact the front desk to request connecting rooms. We are unable to guarantee availability prior to arrival.
Do you offer room service?
We don’t offer room service, but our lobby serves breakfast and dinner. Please check our Food & Drink page for hours. Feel free to order your food and bring it back to your room!
How do I request a copy of my folio?
We will email your folio after you check out. To request your folio, please contact the front desk or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are cribs and rollaway beds available?
Rollaway beds may be requested in our suites, at a cost of $50 per night. There is a maximum occupancy of 4 people per suite, and one rollaway bed per suite. Please note that there is a very limited inventory of rollaway beds and we cannot guarantee availability.
Are special rates available for influencers?
We do not offer influencer rates. For media interviews or image requests, please email email@example.com.
